THE TASK

Having acted for Episode 1 on the acquisition of their lease back in 2018, in previous roles, we were delighted to be re-appointed to handle the forthcoming lease expiry.

Episode 1 considered relocating to new premises, asking us to weigh up relocation options and the costs of moving against relocating.

After extensive negotiations with the landlord, it was decided that renewal better served the business, on terms far more preferable than relocation options would provide.
