Bailey has worked for a boutique Mayfair consultancy for the past decade, specialising in representing landlords and occupiers, developing an impressive history of clients and buildings worked on.
Bailey’s speciality is advising businesses on their occupational strategies with a focus on the acquisition of new offices and strategic disposal of surplus accommodation, as well as leasing projects for landlords.
Away from Audley, Bailey is an F1 fan (Lewis Hamilton) and a keen golfer holding a scratch handicap.
ANDREW KNIGHTS
Founder & Partner
Andrew is a senior figure in the central London office market, with 18 years experience working for a boutique agency in central London, advising occupiers on occupational leasehold strategy.
Andrew has developed a strong track record of delivering outstanding results for clients, whether acquiring new premises, disposing of premises, or mid-term lease restructuring.
Away from Audley, Andrew is a keen golfer holding a 2 handicap.
FRANK PERRI
Founder & Partner
Frank has accrued over 10 years experience working for a boutique Mayfair consultancy
and most recently as a Partner of a nationwide consultancy, leading their lease advisory team for Surrey, Gatwick, and London. Frank specialises in Lease Advisory work for landlords and occupiers alike, across all asset classes.
Frank has extensive experience as an Expert Witness, with a proven track record in providing evidence for Arbitration, Independent Expert, and Court disputes, including at the County Court in Central London.
Outside of Audley, Frank is a keen footballer and represents the RICS football team and has recently found a love for golf.
BEN WHITEMAN
Founder & Head of Client Development
Ben is a Founder of Audley London and heads up our Client Relations team, leading our
growth strategy and maintaining relationships with our existing clients and partnership network.
Ben has extensive experience during his time in the industry at both corporate property firms and specialist boutique practices based in Thames Valley and London respectively.
Away from the office, Ben is an avid sportsman – a golfer and padel enthusiast. When he isn’t partaking in sports, you can find him out on strolls with his dogs.
