THE TASK

We were appointed by Maintel to source new offices to facilitate their relocation to new suitable offices which aligned with their post covid working strategy.

Maintel had been in occupation of some 10,000 sq ft in Southwark, which was no longer fit for purpose, owing to evolving staff requirements, and their forthcoming lease expiry was convenient for them to review their occupational requirements.

After an extensive search, which covered new submarkets Maintel had previously not considered, we eventually introduced Maintel to 39 Leadenhall Street in the heart of EC3.

39 Leadenhall Street was a modern, refurbished, and fully fitted office, demonstrating a clear step forward in quality and comfort from their existing offices, a requirement of staff in todays market.

Maintel enjoyed a smooth move and enjoyed no cap-ex on move in – a true ‘plug & play’ opportunity causing minimal business disruption.
