THE TASK

Cardaq are an exciting growing electronic money institution.

We were instructed to find them their first traditional office, with their serviced office licence coming to an end.

Cardaq were unfamiliar with the traditional leasing market, and were considering managed options, which come at a substantial premium to the traditional market.

After scouring the market, we demonstrated that the options available on a conventional lease were not only more suitable than the managed options available, but at a lesser cost for more space.

We introduced Cardaq to Suffolk St James’s, a brand new office development behind a retained façade, where the landlord had undertaken a brand new fit out to the ground floor, allowing Cardaq to move in hassle free and without fit out costs.
