THE TASK

Karis Capital are a dynamic property lending business.

We had the pleasure of representing the owners at a previous business they were involved with and were thrilled to be asked to represent them again.

The business had rapidly grown and the serviced offices they occupying were no longer fit for purpose and a traditional lease had always been their preference.

After scouring the market, we introduced Karis to 44 Moorfields, a 3,000 sq ft fully fitted and furnished office available on a medium term sublease.

This gave Karis the ability to grow and the security of being able to relocate in the near future when they inevitably outgrow the space.
